Convenient location, quiet neighborhood, ample parking, close to supermarket, clean room and bathroom, rich breakfast options.
Nothing, all excellent.

good price, clean and comfortable rooms, large car park, position between Siena and San Gimignano.
you need a car, because it is a couple of km from the main city (Poggibonsi), however visiting without a car this area with so many beautiful cities and villages on the top of the hills is impossible.

It's a bit difficult to find the hotel the first time especially if you rely on its address and a navigation. In this case the staff was very helpful - a short phone call sorted it out. The room was very nice - clean, well-furnished and quiet. The breakfast was adequate. Overall it compared favourably to a 4-star hotel I used on the same trip.

Located in the rolling hills of Tuscany, this hotel provides a great base for exploring the Chianti wineries. the room was spotlessly clean and quite spacious with a nice view of the parking lot. the staff were helpful and efficient, and the breakfast had a good selection of pastries, fruit, and beverages. the room amenities included a small refrigerator and a hairdryer, and the key was a cable jack for charging devices.
The carpeted hallway had ripples in it, which could pose a tripping hazard.

Easy accessibility when touring Tuscan cities and landmarks. Close to the countryside although smack in the middle of a shopping complex...this proved to be more convenient than expected. Good restaurant with fair selection. Good breakfast Prompt service, friendly and helpful. Well equipped. Nice ambience for a 3 star.
The small swimming pool was freezing cold while the outside temperature was over 26 deg. C

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The location in an industrial area might seem unusual at first, but it actually provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff here were truly exceptional - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. The comfortable bed and quiet surroundings ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast spread, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. the service, comfort, and quality of this hotel were top-notch.
Seriously, I can't think of a single reason why anyone wouldn't want to stay at this fabulous hotel. With its excellent location, attentive staff, and luxurious amenities, it is truly a gem.

Great base for discovering Tuscany's vineyards and wineries. the location is convenient and accessible, making it easy to move around the area. the restaurant's food and service were good, providing a pleasant dining experience. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities, including a mini-bar.
The pool's condition was disappointing, with unclear water that discouraged us from using it. Although breakfast was good, there was no fresh coffee available.

Great location to visit nearby towns. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly rich and tasty. The free Wi-Fi worked exceptionally fast, and the room was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The staff was fantastic, helpful, and friendly.
We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel at first, mainly due to GPS, but the local area was quiet, and the hotel was next to a supermarket, which was handy. There was an issue with the air conditioning we couldn't switch off, but we managed to fix it by removing one of the fuses by ourselves.

All the staff at the Semifonte went above and beyond to serve us. There was always someone available to answer our countries about things to do, where to eat and even could arrange tours for us. They were also very receptive to feedback and went out of their way to accommodate us if we needed anything. The facilities were basic, but super clean and comfortable.
As they say the devil is in the details...1 More storage shelf in the bathrooms for toiletries bags would have been great, as well as a wastepaper basket in the actual bedroom and not just the bathroom. That's it! The rest of the room was basic, but super clean and comfortable.
